Official NexPept Website
NexPept operates on one website and no others: nexpept. We've seen copycat sites imitate our name, branding and product photos. This page tells you exactly how to confirm you're in the right place, and where to find our real social media and support channels.
Please note: our former website address, nexpept.ca, is no longer in service. NexPept now operates exclusively at nexpept. If you have an old bookmark or link pointing to nexpept.ca, please update it. Orders are only placed at nexpept.
Our Official Domain
This is the only website operated by NexPept. If a site is not this address, it is not us, regardless of how similar it looks.
We are not affiliated with any other website using the NexPept name, however similar its layout, product photos or branding may look. Our previous address, nexpept.ca, is no longer in service, so any store you find there is not operated by us. Copycat sites have appeared that copy our design closely. The appearance of a site is not proof it belongs to us.
How to Type Our Name Correctly
Impersonators rely on small typing mistakes. Before you enter any personal or payment information, check exactly what's in your browser's address bar.
One word (N-E-X-P-E-P-T) with no space, no hyphen, and no extra letters. It ends in .is, not .com, .net, .org, .ca, .shop, or any other ending.
Watch for domains that add extra words around our name (such as adding "Canada" or "official" to the address), insert a hyphen, double a letter, or swap in a different ending. All of these are signs you are not on our actual site, even if the page inside looks identical to ours.
Safest way to find us
- Type nexpept directly into your browser's address bar rather than searching
- If you do search, check the result's URL carefully before clicking, since sponsored ads are not automatically legitimate
- Bookmark nexpept once you've confirmed it, so you can return to the same trusted link every time
How to Confirm You're in the Right Place
A few quick checks before you order:
- ✓Check the address bar
The domain should read exactly nexpept. Nothing before or after our name, no unusual endings.
- ✓Check the padlock
Every page on our real site is served over HTTPS. A missing or broken padlock icon is a reason to stop.
- ✓Check where links lead
Our COA certificates and support links all stay on nexpept. Copycat sites often have broken links, or links that quietly point elsewhere.
- ✓Check our social profiles match
Our real accounts are listed below. If a site links to a different handle claiming to be NexPept, that's a red flag.
Our Official Social Media
These are the only social media, review and contact channels operated by NexPept. We do not maintain any other profiles. Reviews from before September 2026 are on our previous Trustpilot profile, which we've kept for reference.
What We Will Never Do
Use the contact accounts listed on this page to reach NexPept support: Telegram @NexpeptPeptide, WhatsApp +852 67575247, Instagram @nexpeptpeptide, and X @NexpeptMandy.
If your original payment method didn't go through, we may send a payment link as a fallback, but only in response to an order you've already placed, and only from our WhatsApp number +852 67575247. We will never send an unsolicited payment link out of nowhere, and we will never ask for payment by gift card or wire transfer to a personal account.
We will never message you first on social media asking for payment or personal details. If an account claiming to be NexPept DMs you unprompted, treat it as suspicious.
Found a Site or Account Impersonating Us?
If you come across a website, social media account, or message claiming to be NexPept that isn't listed on this page, please let us know so we can look into it. Contact us at Telegram @NexpeptPeptide, through our contact page, or via WhatsApp at +852 67575247. Select "Report a Copycat Site" as the subject if using email or the contact form.
If you've already placed an order or shared payment details with a site you now believe was not us, contact your bank or card provider as soon as possible in addition to letting us know.
Common Questions
What is NexPept's official website?
NexPept's official website is nexpept. Our former domain, nexpept.ca, is no longer in service. We operate no other websites.
Why is nexpept.ca not working? Did NexPept move?
Yes. NexPept moved from nexpept.ca to nexpept in September 2026. It is the same business at a new address. Please use nexpept for orders, Certificates of Analysis and support, and update any old bookmarks.
Is nexpept the only real NexPept site?
Yes. nexpept is our only official site. Our previous address, nexpept.ca, is no longer in service, and any other domain using our name is not affiliated with NexPept and cannot be used to place an order.
Is NexPept legit?
NexPept is a Canadian-owned research supplier operating at nexpept. Batch Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA Library, customer reviews are on Trustpilot, and our official accounts are listed above. The simplest check is the address bar: it should read exactly nexpept.
What social media accounts does NexPept actually use?
Contact NexPept on Telegram (@NexpeptPeptide), WhatsApp (+852 67575247), Instagram (@nexpeptpeptide), or X (@NexpeptMandy).
How do I know if I'm on a fake NexPept website?
Check the domain in your browser's address bar. It should read exactly nexpept: one word, no hyphen, no extra words, no unusual ending. A copycat site may look identical in design but will have a different web address.
Does NexPept ship internationally?
NexPept ships within Canada only, domestically via Canada Post Xpresspost. A site claiming to be NexPept and offering international shipping is not operating the way our official store does.
What should I do if I think I ordered from a fake site?
Contact your bank or card provider immediately to flag the transaction, then message us on Telegram at Telegram @NexpeptPeptide so we're aware. We cannot access or assist with orders placed on a site we don't operate, but we want to know when impersonation is happening.
