Verification & the domain change
How do I know I'm on the real NexPept website?
How do I know I'm on the real NexPept website?
The only official NexPept website is nexpept. Our only support address is Telegram @NexpeptPeptide. We are not affiliated with any other site using the NexPept name, however closely it resembles ours.
We will never contact you from an address outside our official domain, and we will never ask for payment by gift card, wire transfer, or a personal account. Our verified website and social accounts are listed on the official websites and verification guide. If a site, account, or email doesn't appear there, it isn't us.
What happened to nexpept.ca?
What happened to nexpept.ca?
NexPept moved to nexpept in September 2026. The old nexpept.ca domain has been retired and no longer resolves, so any link to it will fail.
For account and order support, contact Telegram @NexpeptPeptide or WhatsApp +852 67575247. You can also find us on Instagram @nexpeptpeptide and X @NexpeptMandy.
If you reached a page claiming to be NexPept on any other domain, it isn't ours. Please check the verification guide.
Is NexPept a legitimate Canadian supplier?
Is NexPept a legitimate Canadian supplier?
NexPept is a Canadian research peptide supplier operating since December 2025, based in Ontario with domestic fulfilment. Rather than ask you to take that on trust, we publish the things you can check independently: batch-specific certificates of analysis for every product, the names of the laboratories that perform our testing, and the analytical methods used.
You can read more about who runs the company and how it operates on our Inside NexPept page.
Testing & certificates of analysis
Do you provide certificates of analysis?
Do you provide certificates of analysis?
Yes, and they're public rather than supplied on request. Every product has a batch-specific certificate of analysis in our COA library, so you can read the report for the lot you'll receive before ordering.
Testing is carried out by third-party laboratories — Freedom Labs and Testides — using HPLC and mass spectrometry. Reports state the lot number, the analysis date, the method used, and a quantified purity result rather than a simple pass mark.
How do I match my vial to its certificate?
How do I match my vial to its certificate?
Read the lot number printed on the vial label, then open the matching certificate in the COA library and confirm the lot numbers are identical.
Check that the analysis date is present, the method is named, and that identity is addressed alongside purity. If the vial and the report don't correspond, stop and contact us before the material enters any workflow — that applies to any supplier, not just us.
Does HPLC purity mean the material is sterile?
Does HPLC purity mean the material is sterile?
No, and it's worth being clear about this. HPLC establishes chromatographic purity — how much of the sample is the target compound versus related impurities. Mass spectrometry confirms molecular identity. Neither test says anything about sterility, endotoxin load, or heavy-metal content.
Those are separate analyses. Any supplier presenting an HPLC purity figure as evidence of sterility is either confused or hoping you are.
Do you test for heavy metals and endotoxins?
Do you test for heavy metals and endotoxins?
Yes. All new batches are tested for endotoxins and heavy metals, with those results published in the COA library alongside the identity and purity reports.
Batches that predate this carry identity and purity results only, and we won't imply otherwise. Coverage is visible per batch in the library, so you can see exactly which analyses apply to the material you're receiving.
Products & regulatory status
What form do your products arrive in?
What form do your products arrive in?
All NexPept research compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials, for laboratory research use.
Compound-specific details — strength, format, and batch documentation — are listed on each product page alongside its certificate of analysis. Storage guidance is included with your order.
Are research peptides legal to buy in Canada?
Are research peptides legal to buy in Canada?
The compounds we supply are sold strictly as materials for laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research. They are not authorised by Health Canada for human or veterinary use, and they are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices.
Health Canada has stated plainly that "For Research Use Only" labelling does not make an unauthorised product lawful to use in humans. Purchasers are responsible for ensuring their intended use is lawful and confined to research. We cannot advise on your particular circumstances, and nothing here is legal advice.
Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard credit and debit, Interac e-Transfer, and cryptocurrency processed through Plisio.
Most conventional processors decline to service research peptide suppliers, classifying the category as high-risk regardless of compliance. Offering e-Transfer and crypto alongside cards means a single processor outage can't stop orders. Full detail is on our payment methods page.
How long until payment is confirmed?
How long until payment is confirmed?
Card and cryptocurrency payments are usually confirmed within 5–20 minutes during normal operating hours. Interac e-Transfer is confirmed once funds are received, which is typically minutes during business hours.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. You'll receive a confirmation email once payment clears, and a second email with tracking once the order ships. If neither arrives, check your spam folder and then contact us — occasionally a mail provider filters them.
How fast do orders ship?
How fast do orders ship?
Most orders ship the same day or the next business day once payment is confirmed. Orders confirmed earlier in the day have the best chance of going out same-day.
