Where does NexPept ship?
We ship within Canada only. Every order goes out domestically from Ontario via Canada Post Xpresspost — no cross-border customs, no international delays.
We ship to all Canadian addresses including PO Boxes and FlexDelivery locations. We do not ship outside Canada.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders placed and paid before 2:00 PM EST ship the same business day. After that, they go out the next business day.
Greater Toronto Area and most of Ontario and Quebec typically arrive in 1–2 business days. The rest of Canada is usually 2–5 business days. Rural and remote addresses can take longer, and courier delays happen occasionally — these are averages rather than guarantees.
How is my order packaged?
All orders ship in plain, discreet packaging. There is no branding and no product names on the exterior. Every shipment is tracked, and your tracking number is emailed when the order is dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit, Interac e-Transfer, and cryptocurrency processed through Plisio.
Most conventional payment processors decline to service research peptide suppliers, classifying the category as high-risk regardless of compliance. That affects the entire industry, not just us — which is why we offer e-Transfer and crypto alongside card payment. Full detail on our payment methods page.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. Batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are published in our COA library, each listing the lot number, test date and verified purity. Match the batch number on your vial to the corresponding certificate.
Where a certificate is not yet available for a particular lot, we say so rather than implying blanket coverage. If you need documentation for a specific batch, message us on Telegram and we'll confirm what's available.
What does your testing actually cover?
Our certificates establish identity and purity — HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry to confirm the compound matches its label. Both are performed by independent third-party laboratories rather than self-reported.
We set out our full testing scope, including analyses our certificates don't currently cover, on the Why NexPept page. If your protocol requires analyses outside that scope, it's worth confirming before ordering.
What form do products arrive in?
Unless otherwise noted on the product page, all NexPept research compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for laboratory research use. Physical form and net quantity are listed individually on each product page.
No preparation, reconstitution or administration instructions are provided. All handling should be determined by qualified research personnel according to your own protocols.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we cannot accept returns.
That said, if something goes wrong with your order — damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect — contact us and we'll resolve it. Full terms are on our return policy page.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes, and they apply across the catalogue rather than per product. Mix and match any 3 or more for 5% off, 5 or more for 10%, and 10 or more for 20%. Free shipping applies on orders over $250.

Is NexPept a legitimate supplier?
NexPept is a Canadian research peptide supplier operating since December 2025, shipping domestically from Ontario. Our customer reviews are collected independently on Trustpilot, where we're rated Excellent, and our batch documentation is published openly rather than available only on request.
One thing worth checking before you order anywhere: confirm you're on our actual website. We operate on one official domain only — see the section below.
What is NexPept's official website?
NexPept operates on nexpept — no others. Our former domain, nexpept, is no longer in service. We are not affiliated with any other website using the NexPept name.
We will never contact you from an address outside our official domain. Full verification steps, our real social media accounts, and what we will and won't do around payment are on our dedicated Official Websites page, and summarised in the section directly below.
Are these products for human use?
No. All NexPept products are supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory and non-clinical research use by qualified research personnel. They are not authorized by Health Canada for human or veterinary use, and no therapeutic, clinical or health claims are made.
These materials must not be administered to humans or animals.
Our Official Website
NexPept operates on one domain and no others. Sites imitating our branding, product photos and page layouts do appear from time to time — if you arrived here from a search result, an advertisement or a shared link, take a moment to check the address bar against this list.

What we will never do. You can reach our team through the contact accounts listed above. We will never request payment by gift card, wire transfer or a personal account.
If your original payment method doesn't go through, we may follow up with a payment link — but only as a fallback tied to an order you've already placed, and only from our WhatsApp number +852 67575247. We will never send an unsolicited payment link out of nowhere.
