NexPept Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Accurate Promotion

All information used to promote NexPept must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

Affiliates may not advertise a discount greater than the discount actually provided by their affiliate code.

This rule applies to websites, SEO pages, Google search results, page titles, meta descriptions, social media posts, videos, advertisements, emails, coupon websites, and all other promotional material.

2. SEO & Promo Code Websites

Affiliates are permitted to use organic search engine optimization (SEO) and create webpages that promote their NexPept affiliate code.

Examples may include content targeting searches such as:

• NexPept promo code
• NexPept coupon code
• NexPept discount code
• NexPept affiliate code

However, all information displayed must accurately represent the offer provided.

Affiliates may not use misleading titles, descriptions, percentages, or claims simply to increase clicks or improve search engine rankings.

3. No Impersonating NexPept

Affiliates must clearly represent themselves as independent affiliates and may not create the impression that their website, social media account, advertisement, or page is officially operated by NexPept.

Affiliates may not falsely represent themselves using terms such as:

• “NexPept Official”
• “Official NexPept Coupons”
• “NexPept Customer Support”
• “Official NexPept Discount Page”

Affiliates may reference the NexPept brand for legitimate promotional purposes, but the relationship must not be presented in a misleading way.

4. Paid Search & Brand Bidding

Unless written authorization has been provided by NexPept, affiliates may not purchase paid advertisements that directly target the NexPept brand name or close variations of the NexPept name.

This includes paid advertising through Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar advertising platforms.

Organic SEO content relating to NexPept is permitted as long as it complies with all other Affiliate Program Terms.

5. Coupon & Discount Misrepresentation

Affiliates may not:

• Advertise a higher discount than their code actually provides.
• Display expired promotional offers as currently active.
• Create fake NexPept sales or promotions.
• Claim a code is “exclusive” unless NexPept has authorized that claim.
• Claim a code is an “official NexPept code” when it is an affiliate code.
• Misrepresent standard prices to make a discount appear larger.
• Use false countdown timers or fake limited-time promotions.

If NexPept is running a separate sitewide sale, affiliates must clearly distinguish the sitewide promotion from the discount provided specifically by their affiliate code.

6. Self-Referrals & Commission Manipulation

The NexPept Affiliate Program is designed to reward legitimate customer referrals.

Affiliates may not:

• Create fraudulent referrals.
• Manipulate affiliate tracking.
• Use artificial or deceptive methods to generate commissions.
• Create orders primarily for the purpose of earning affiliate commissions.
• Attempt to manipulate attribution or referral cookies.
• Use another individual or account to disguise self-referral activity.

NexPept reserves the right to review unusual referral patterns or transactions before commissions are approved or paid.

7. Spam & Unsolicited Promotion

Affiliates may not promote NexPept through spam, mass unsolicited messages, automated comments, deceptive direct messages, or other abusive marketing practices.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their promotional activity complies with applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam, and platform requirements.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for providing appropriate affiliate disclosures where required by applicable laws, advertising standards, or platform policies.

Where required, customers should be able to clearly understand that the affiliate may receive compensation when a customer purchases through their link or uses their promotional code.

9. Product & Promotional Claims

Affiliates must not make unauthorized, misleading, or unsupported claims regarding NexPept or its products.

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws, advertising requirements, and the policies of the platform on which the content appears.

NexPept may request that promotional content be edited or removed if we believe it creates legal, regulatory, customer-safety, reputational, or brand-related concerns.

10. Correcting Affiliate Content

If NexPept identifies inaccurate, misleading, or prohibited promotional content, we may contact the affiliate and request that the content be corrected or removed.

NexPept may provide a specific timeframe in which the affiliate must make the requested changes.

11. Chargebacks, Refunds & Fraudulent Orders

Affiliate commissions are earned only on valid and completed transactions.

Orders that are refunded, cancelled, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be invalid may have the associated affiliate commission cancelled or reversed.

NexPept may temporarily hold affiliate payouts while suspicious transactions, chargebacks, or unusual referral activity are under review.

12. Commission Abuse

NexPept reserves the right to investigate affiliate activity that appears designed primarily to improperly capture commissions or manipulate the intended purpose of the Affiliate Program.

Attempts to manipulate cookies, referral attribution, checkout activity, promotional codes, accounts, orders, customer identities, or affiliate tracking may result in commission reversal, account suspension, or termination.

13. Review of Affiliate Activity

NexPept may review affiliate accounts at any time, including referral sources, traffic sources, promotional websites, transaction activity, commission history, promotional claims, or other activity associated with the Affiliate Program.

Affiliates may be asked to provide information showing where and how their affiliate code or link is being promoted.

Failure to reasonably cooperate with an affiliate account review may result in the account or related payouts being temporarily restricted while the matter is reviewed.

14. NexPept's Right to Suspend or Terminate Affiliate Accounts

NexPept reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate an affiliate account if NexPept reasonably believes that the Affiliate Program is being abused, manipulated, exploited, or otherwise used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

Not every possible form of affiliate abuse can be specifically anticipated or listed within these Terms. Activity may therefore be considered abusive even if that exact activity is not specifically described elsewhere on this page.

Examples of potentially abusive activity include, but are not limited to:

• False or misleading discount claims.
• Fraudulent or suspicious referrals.
• Self-referral schemes.
• Commission manipulation.
• Referral or attribution manipulation.
• Excessive fraudulent transactions or chargebacks.
• Misleading or deceptive SEO practices.
• Attempts to exploit promotional or tracking systems.
• Impersonating NexPept.
• Any activity intended to obtain commissions improperly.

NexPept may investigate affiliate activity, temporarily withhold payouts during an investigation, reverse commissions associated with fraudulent, refunded, charged-back, manipulated, or otherwise ineligible transactions, and suspend or terminate an affiliate relationship when appropriate.

Serious abuse, fraud, intentional deception, repeated violations, or conduct that creates significant financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for NexPept may result in immediate termination without prior warning.

Participation in the NexPept Affiliate Program is a privilege and does not guarantee continued participation.

15. Enforcement

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, NexPept may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning.
• Request that promotional content be corrected or removed.
• Temporarily suspend an affiliate account.
• Temporarily hold affiliate payouts while activity is reviewed.
• Reverse commissions associated with invalid transactions.
• Restrict affiliate program privileges.
• Permanently terminate an affiliate account.

Severe or intentional violations may result in immediate action without a prior warning.

16. Affiliate Payouts

Affiliate commissions are subject to validation before payment.

Commissions associated with cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, duplicate transactions, manipulated referrals, or other ineligible transactions may be deducted or reversed.

NexPept reserves the right to delay a payout when reasonably necessary to investigate suspicious or unusual account activity.

17. Changes to the Affiliate Program

NexPept reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, commission structure, eligibility requirements, promotional rules, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated terms may be published on this page. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
